Many submissive men claim they "need structure" and then immediately argue with it. We're not there yet. For now, I want to see whether you can execute a basic task without embellishing or improvising.

1. Subject line format. If you email me from this page, your subject line must be exactly:

No emojis, no extra words.
2. Three numbered lines. In the body of the email, write exactly three numbered lines describing: (1) one thing you fear losing, (2) one habit you know I would dislike, (3) one rule you secretly want enforced.
3. No introduction paragraph. No "Hi", no backstory. Go straight into the three lines. You may add a short introduction after them if you insist - but the three lines come first.
4. If you don't email, at least admit why. Staying silent is still a choice. If you choose not to obey this test, say to yourself out loud: "I chose not to obey." Own it.
